Thank you for the clarification.
I had a look over the form, but could not determine what is causing the two buttons to appear.
As such, I’ve escalated this issue to our engineering team for further investigation, and will get back to you as soon as I receive any updates on this.
In the meantime, if you need to use the form, I recommend that you add a different payment processor.
