Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

To add the email address for your form user and send an automatic email, you simply need to select the field variable “email” on one of your Notification templates.

If you have any other questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.

I figured it out, and saved the template, but every time I load it, it looks like this:

Deleted
field
,

Thanks
for Bidding on Deleted field
Check back often as we will be adding new items daily…

As soon as the auction ends, we will let you know if your bid of Deleted
field
 is the winning bid!

Good Luck,

Steve

Then I have to add the fields back again…why is that happening?  Why doesn’t the template retain the fields I chose?

Hello,

I apologize for the late response, I was on sick leave in the last couple of days.

The reason your template will show up in this manner is because you’ve deleted some field variables that were present before. Where this is the case, this can be seen in the form editor as well.

However, I can see that the variables are properly showing up for the email template that you’ve mentioned in the previous email. Can you confirm that this is working properly now? Or are you still encountering issues with it?

Looking forward to your response.

Best,
