Need a custom Notification like the one found here: https://form.123formbuilder.com/6168524//

I have this form set up to send an email notification from a custom dropdown box. When the nurse clicks on ‘Save for Later’, the link is sent to their email. This is the form URL: https://form.123formbuilder.com/6168524//

For another form I am trying to create that same notification but I am not getting that option to set it up in the Advanced Notifications. Here is the URL for the form I am not able to get it set up in: https://form.123formbuilder.com/5093723//

I would like to be able to have the nurse select their email from the dropdown and get the custom link to save for later for all of my forms but it seems like there is an issue.

Can you please let me know the best way I can do this?

Hello Colleen,

Thank you for contacting us.

I have checked both forms and noticed that the form https://form.123formbuilder.com/5093723// has the old Notification section.

I recommend you create the form from scratch, from the blank template, in order to be able to use the new updated version. By doing so, you can use the same setup as on the other form.

Can you please give it a try and let me know how it goes? I will gladly assist you further.

Have a wonderful day!

There are more than 10 forms I would have to recreate.  Do you know how long that will take?  There has to be another way.

Hello Colleen,

I am following up on my previous email.

My team has informed me that the old notification section works only with an Email field as Reply-to-Email, unfortunately it doesn’t work with a Dropdown.

After enabling the Save for Later feature, you need to go to NotificationsForm Owner and add the Email field you have on the form, in which your users enter their email address, as Reply-to-Email, then Save.

Please let me know if you need any more information, I will be more than happy to help.
