There is a video showing a template to upload a file. That is also what I was told a few weeks ago by customer service.

I have a lease agreement, currently a PDF and want to change it to a form by using my this current document. I would like to upload it and use the PDF instead of having to retype or cut and paste the entire document.

Thank you for the clarification, I understand now.
However, I’m afraid that we do not have such an option available. While you can use any document you have as reference, the form itself needs to be created from scratch.
