In our form builder, in the Scale section of your field, you can measure the frequency, quality, importance, level of satisfaction of certain statements, and many others. In the left side panel you will find Add predefined options. Here we listed sets of choices that you can choose from:
You can opt to add your own choices. There is no limit, however, most of the time only between 5 or 7 response options are used.
Here you type the topics that will be measured using the scale. Find out the respondent’s option of the quality and efficiency of your products/services. Receive feedback regarding areas that can improve your business.

Hello, when using the Likert Scale, can we have each option be unique when rating, for example Like 1: Social Events 2: Leadership 3: Networking, etc. when they select the choices. I’m not seeing an option that shows this vs the users selecting all 1s. Thank you

can I have a quiz with many questions using lickert scale from 1 to 5, and attribute 1 point to 1st option to 5 points to last option and then when the user finish the quiz he has a sum of all his points?

can’t change the font for likert scale?
Hi Amber, from the forms Design -> Label section, you can change the font of the entire form, including the Likert Scale field. However, if you want different fields to have different fonts, you would need to create a custom CSS code in order to make this change.
