This can be done in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To map the information to another Salesforce record (use it in the Object Mapping);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prefill form fields (use it in Prefill Section).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><b>How to Set Up a Lookup in 123FormBuilder<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Give a name to your lookup. You might create more than one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. The lookup can be based on an entry (or multiple entries) made on the form. For example, if you want to display a list of all company names from Salesforce on the form, simply create a Lookup in the Account object without applying a filter, and select the Company Name field to return.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. You can add multiple filters by clicking on <em>Add new filter<\/em>. If multiple records match the filters, you can select which one should be returned from your object. Once you&#8217;ve set up the filters and defined what happens if multiple records match, proceed to the <b>Salesforce fields to return <\/b>section. Here, you can choose the Salesforce fields you want to retrieve from the record. Lastly, save the settings by selecting the <b>Apply Changes<\/b> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><b><b>How to use<\/b> the lookup results in the Object Mapping:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Go to the <b>Object Mapping<\/b> section and select the object where the field from Leads will be returned, in this case, Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Navigate to the Prefill Connector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click<b> Add prefill connector<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. This includes aspects like input types, date formats, and character or value limitations.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are different types of prefill, each with its own setup process.
