For example, after you are done setting everything up in your Sandbox org, you need to turn to your Production environment. Or if you are a consultant and are preparing the Salesforce implementation for a customer, you need to publish the setup live at the end. Irrespective of the situation, 123FormBuilder provides an easy-to-use migration mechanism that allows you to quickly transfer forms between different Salesforce orgs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"warningBox\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> When you migrate a form between Salesforce orgs, the two orgs should have a similar structure. The object and fields mapped in the 123FormBuilder &#8211; Salesforce integration should be identical. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>After migration, you will need to check the integration settings and re-enable your connectors. This is in order to minimize the chances of something not working correctly.<\/p>\n<h2><b>How can I migrate my forms from one Salesforce org to another?<\/b><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, it\u2019s important for you to know that the feature is available in the <\/span><b>My Forms<\/b> section<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of your 123FormBuilder account for each form you are creating. The <\/span><b>Show More<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> menu contains a <\/span><b>Form Migration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option that allows you to move the form to the new org. In order to establish the form connection with the new org, you need a migration code that has to be generated inside it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/SFformmigration.png\" alt=\"form migration\" width=\"837\" height=\"669\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be asked to paste your migration code to continue.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/SFformmigration1.png\" alt=\"form migration Salesforce\" width=\"495\" height=\"329\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>How do I generate a migration code?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to generate your migration code, navigate to the org in which you want to migrate the form. In the section <\/span><b>My Account<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you will find a brand new section named <\/span><b>Form Migration.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/SFformmigration2.png\" alt=\"form migration SF\" width=\"280\" height=\"254\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Here you can do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5>generate multiple migration codes<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>establish code availability<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>leave useful notes for yourself<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Attention! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The code generated will only be available for the time frame you have specified. Once you will press the <\/span><b>Migrate <\/b>button<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the form will be transferred to the new org.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/SFformmigration33.png\" alt=\"Form Migration SF ORG\" width=\"491\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Important Note<\/h2>\n<p>When migrating a form, there are a few options in different areas of the form that are not transferred, so please make sure you check and set them up after the form is migrated.<\/p>\n<p>The values from <b>Notifications<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2192 <\/span>\u00a0<b>Form Owner (You)<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2192 <\/span>\u00a0<b>Email Header and Content <\/b>&#8211; The &#8220;<em><b>Reply-to Email<\/b><\/em>&#8221; and &#8220;<em><b>Email Template<\/b><\/em>&#8221; don&#8217;t copy over.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/notificationsreplytemplate2.png\" alt=\"notifications\" width=\"826\" height=\"354\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And you are all set!
