We recommend turning <b>2-step Verification On<\/b> because Google is constantly restricting access to non-Google products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-set-up-smtp-with-2-step-verification-on\">How to set up SMTP with 2-Step Verification On<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the steps below to learn how to send emails through your Gmail SMTP server with 123FormBuilder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Open your Gmail account and head over to the gear icon to access its settings.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/gmailsettings.png\" alt=\"Gmail Settings\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. If you will need to re-use the password later for a different form, make sure you are copying and saving it somewhere safe before clicking on <strong>Done<\/strong>. However, you can generate a new password at any given time and your old password will still work on the forms where you enabled SMTP with it.<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Now that you have the password, head over to your <a href=\"https:\/\/123formbuilder.polarbuildingcleaning.net\/\">123FormBuilder<\/a> account and open the SMTP configuration window. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Insert your SMTP server details. Where it&nbsp;asks you to enter the <b>Password<\/b>, paste the <b>app password<\/b> copied earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the following settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Host: <b>smtp.gmail.com<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Port: <b>587<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Username and Email: your Gmail email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protocol: <b>TLS<\/b> or <strong>Auto<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>10. A verification code is sent by 123FormBuilder. Copy your verification code.
