The pre-selected value on the form must be the one selected in Salesforce on that specific record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To walk you through the setup, let\u2019s consider this scenario:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to prefill on the form the <b>Lead Source dropdown<\/b>, but also list all the other available choices from the <b>Salesforce picklist<\/b>, in case the person filling out the form needs to change the selected option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SF Object \u2192 Contact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SF Picklist \u2192 Lead Source<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s get started. Follow this step by step guide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-1-import-picklist-values-in-the-form-editor\">Step 1. Create lookup to return from Salesforce the selected value for a specific record and prefill a text field<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First, add a short answer field on the form. The ID will be listed after <b>data-id<\/b>.
