A popup will appear, the <b>Customize<\/b> panel, where you have to associate Google Calendar fields with 123FormBuilder fields and hit <b>Save<\/b>. From <b>Usage mode<\/b>, select the type of action you want: <b>Create a new event<\/b> or <b>Add an attendee to an existing event<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><b>It&#8217;s really recommended<\/b> <\/mark>that you set as required the fields you&#8217;ll need to associate in the <b>Customize<\/b> panel. This way, there won&#8217;t be any errors when creating or attending an event, users being unable to submit your form without completing all the fields. If you do not make the fields required, users may skip some of them and the information will not succeed in your Google Calendar account. In short, even though a submission will pass successfully, if not all fields have been completed, no event will be created or the attendee will not be added to your event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. In <b>Error handling<\/b> (bottom page) you can add your email address, in case your submissions encounter any problems. If you delete an event and later someone is trying to attend it or if you delete a calendar where someone is trying to create an event, you\u2019ll receive an alert in your inbox with details of the submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These were the steps for using the Google Calendar application for your form. Below you can find the steps for setting up the two types of actions that this integration allows: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creating new events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding attendees to one of your events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-to-create-a-new-event\">To create a new event<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. On your form, you&#8217;ll need to add the fields <b>Name<\/b>, <b>Date<\/b>, <b>Time<\/b>, <b>Email<\/b>, <b>Number<\/b> (for Duration), and three <b>Short Text<\/b> fields (for Location, Description, and Title). Afterward, access the Google Calendar integration from the forms <b>Integrations<\/b> section. Select <b>Create a new event<\/b> from <b>Usage mode<\/b>, in the <b>Customize<\/b> panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. In case you have more than one calendar in your Google Calendar account, choose the calendar where you want to create the event. You can choose to write a title in the assigned box or associate the appropriate field from your form in the dropdown list below. You can set the duration of the event in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>Value<\/b> &#8211; where you have five options available: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 h, 1.5 h, 2 h.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Fields<\/b> &#8211; where you can assign a Number field from your form where users will specify the time in minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/10\/GoogleCalendarDuration.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/10\/GoogleCalendarDuration.png\" alt=\"Duration options\" class=\"wp-image-41240\" width=\"551\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/10\/GoogleCalendarDuration.png 657w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/10\/GoogleCalendarDuration-300x136.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>6. The <b>Description<\/b> box can be set the same way as the <b>Title<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Associate any field you want from the dropdown list for <b>Location<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. For this option, on your form you\u2019ll need to add and set as required only the fields <b>Name<\/b> and <b>Email<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
