At some point, while using our API, you may fail to access the data from your form builder<\/a> account. It\u2019s best that you understand from the very beginning the cause of these errors. Therefore, here is a complete list of all the API responses you’d receive, with explanations attached.<\/p>\n

In XML and JSON, the API error messages appear as tags (<errorMessage<\/em>>), respectively names\/keys (message<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Wrong API key<\/td>\nThis happens in three cases:
1.The API key you\u2019ve assigned is not 35 characters (with \u201c-\u201d).
2.The first or the second part does not contain a numeric field.
3.The API key you\u2019ve provided is not identical to the one from your 123FormBuilder account.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Empty API key!<\/td>\nYou haven\u2019t assigned the API Key from your 123FormBuilder account.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
You have exceeded the number of requests for today!<\/td>\nYou are not allowed to make more than 100 API calls per day on the Basic plan.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
No action specified!<\/td>\nThe action cannot be found within the URL.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
No form specified!<\/td>\nThe form cannot be found within the URL.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
No URL specified!<\/td>\nYou haven\u2019t specified your Webhook URL.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
We couldn’t find this e-mail address associated with any of your subuser accounts!<\/td>\nWhen retrieving a form, and the e-mail address is not associated with any of your subusers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
We couldn’t find this form ID in your subuser’s account!<\/td>\nWhen retrieving a form, and the form ID is not associated with any of your subusers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
We couldn’t find this form ID in your account activity!<\/td>\nThe form ID you have specified in the URL cannot be found in your 123FormBuilder account.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
You do not have access to this operation!<\/td>\nThe subuser is not allowed to perform this operation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The specified webhook already exists!<\/td>\nYou cannot have duplicated webhooks.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
You have more than 10 webhooks set for this form!<\/td>\nYou can have up to 10 webhooks on a form.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
You can only access our API via HTTPS!<\/td>\nYou cannot access your 123FormBuilder account using HTTP.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
