The below documentation explains how the legacy version works.<\/span>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:53px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Google Sheets integration allows you to send form submissions to spreadsheets. All submissions for one form will appear in the same spreadsheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before integrating with Google Sheets there are a few things that you should be aware of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not delete any spreadsheet columns generated by your form fields. You can delete fields from your form but not their correspondent spreadsheet column in Google Sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make test submissions after applying changes, to update on both sides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecting a group of cells and sorting\/filtering&nbsp;data will&nbsp;break the integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll find the Google Sheets integration in the <b>Integrations<\/b> section of your form. Add the application and hit the <b>Connect<\/b> button. The form data is not sent immediately but after one to five minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The counter displayed next to the name of the Google account specifies the number of times a new token has been created. A new token is created each time you choose the <b>Connect another account<\/b> option within the dropdown and type in a Gmail address that you already used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/12\/GoogleDrive2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"256\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/12\/GoogleDrive2-1024x256.png\" alt=\"Connected accounts\" class=\"wp-image-42240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/12\/GoogleDrive2-1024x256.png 1024w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/12\/GoogleDrive2-300x75.png 300w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/12\/GoogleDrive2-768x192.png 768w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/12\/GoogleDrive2.png 1445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our integration works very well with <a href=\"https:\/\/123formbuilder.polarbuildingcleaning.net\/event-registration-form\/\">event registration forms<\/a> and online surveys when you need to share form entries quickly with other interested parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"warningBox\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><p><b>Important Notes<\/b><\/p>To change both the label names and the order of the columns in your spreadsheet, you&#8217;ll need to follow these steps:\n<ul><li>1. First, change the label names and submit your form.<\/li><li>2. Reorder the columns in your spreadsheet and submit the form after you are done.<\/li><\/ul>The first test communicates your final changes. Make two submissions&nbsp;to update the spreadsheet. Following these steps will prevent the integration from failing. Make sure you have at least one test submission made between step 1 and step 2.<\/span><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If the integration is not working correctly, click on the<b> Remove<\/b> button and add Google Sheets again. A new spreadsheet will be created.
