Before talking about marking a folder as a favorite, we need to first tackle how you can create your first folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create a folder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can create a folder by clicking on the New folder<\/b> button at the top, in My Forms<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Once you click on the New folder<\/b> button, a modal appears asking you to provide the Folder name<\/em>. You can also customize the Folder color and Folder icon<\/a><\/b>. Now you have the first folder created!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the folder is empty, you will see a message indicating that no forms have been created yet. However, you can easily create a new form by clicking on the Create Form <\/b>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When creating a second folder, you will have the option of also selecting the Location<\/em> – My forms<\/b> being the root folder containing everything. You can change it to any other existing folder, thus creating a subfolder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark a folder as Favorite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now that you have folders and you’ve created numerous forms, it might be cumbersome to constantly navigate to the folder you are interested in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can mark a folder as a favorite<\/b> from the left side panel by navigating to the folder you are interested in. When hovering over it, a star icon will display, along with a tooltip, Mark as favorite<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also mark a folder as a favorite by selecting it in the left side panel. On the main view, right next to the folder title, you’ll notice the star icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a folder is marked as a favorite, there will be 2 changes that will take place. The star icon is colored and on the left side panel, you’ll notice that a new category is created: Favourites.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Favourites<\/b>, we will display all the folders that you have marked as favorites so you can easily reach them at the click of a button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note for users that have subusers<\/h4>\n
\n The favorite folder functionality works on user level. When you or one of your subusers mark a folder as favorite, that folder will appear under the FAVOURITES section only for the user\/subuser that marked the folder as favorite. <\/span>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Remove a folder from Favourites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Whenever you want to, you can remove a folder from your favorites by simply clicking on the star icon, either from the left side panel or the main view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
