You can send the following information from your web forms to Evernote:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note Title<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note Content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note Tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reminder Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reminder Done Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source URL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File Attachments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Go to Integrations section and click on Data management tab or you can use the search bar to look for <strong>Evernote<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/image-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"526\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/image-2-1024x526.png\" alt=\"Evernote integration 123FormBuilder\" class=\"wp-image-45617\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/image-2-1024x526.png 1024w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/image-2-300x154.png 300w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/image-2-768x395.png 768w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/image-2-1536x789.png 1536w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/12\/image-2-2048x1052.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Press the <strong>Connect<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If you&#8217;re not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page from Evernote where you&#8217;ll need to provide your username and password.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Hit <strong>Authorize<\/strong> or <strong>Re-authorize<\/strong> to give 123FormBuilder access to Evernote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. In the customization lightbox, in the <strong>Required Fields<\/strong> subsection, choose the notebook where you want notes to be sent. The notebooks listed first are your own, followed by the ones shared with you by other users and businesses. <em>Each form submission will create a new note in the notebook you select<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provide a note title in the box labeled\u00a0<strong>Title<\/strong>\u00a0and\/or associate any appropriate fields from the dropdown list. If you use form fields, their shortcodes will be replaced with the user input provided at form submission.<em>\u00a0Mark the note title as a required field in your Form Editor, otherwise the integration may fail. Also, note that the note title length can not exceed 255 characters<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/evernote3.jpg\" alt=\"123FormBuilder Evernote integration application\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>4. In the\u00a0<strong>Optional Fields<\/strong>\u00a0subsection provide the note content and\/or the appropriate form fields. You can add some HTML and inline CSS for better styling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/evernote4.jpg\" alt=\"123FormBuilder how to customize Evernote integration\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Use predefined values or field associations to add tags to your notes. Evernote standard users can add a total of 100 tags, while business users can add up to 10,000. A tag can not exceed more than 100 characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. If you want form users to create reminders for the notes they send, you need to have a Date field and a Time field in your form. Match them with the <strong>Reminder Time<\/strong> and the reminder will be created at form submission. If you do not assign a start time, the reminder will be automatically set for 8.00 AM.<em> If you also set a date and time for the <strong>Reminder Done Time<\/strong> parameter, then the reminder will be instantly marked as completed<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/evernote5.jpg\" alt=\"123FormBuilder Evernote integration guide\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Match upload form fields with the attachments from Evernote to receive uploaded files as note attachments. You can create associations for a total number of 10 upload fields which, together, can not exceed 25 MB in size.\u00a0You can associate a\u00a0<strong>Website<\/strong>\u00a0field (or a\u00a0<strong>Text Box<\/strong>\u00a0field with an URL validation) with the\u00a0<strong>Source URL<\/strong>\u00a0field from Evernote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/evernote6.jpg\" alt=\"how to connect Evernote to 123FormBuilder\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Images will be included in the body of the note, whereas any other files will appear as attachments, like in this example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/evernote8.jpg\" alt=\"send data from 123FormBuilder to Evernote\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>8. In <strong>Error handling<\/strong>, specify the email address that will receive any error messages that may occur while sending data. By default, the box contains the email address of the 123FormBuilder account owner.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staticresources123.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com\/docs\/evernote7.jpg\" alt=\"how to send data from 123FormBuilder as notes in Evernote\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>9. Press <strong>Save<\/strong> and your integration is complete.
