On the left side of the page, you’ll notice two buttons at the top: New form<\/b> & New folder<\/b>. You can easily create a new form by clicking on the New form<\/b> button. For better management of your forms, you can create a new folder by clicking on the New folder<\/b> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going down the left side panel, a new section is available, called Favourites<\/b>. This is displayed only if you have marked a folder as a favorite, which you can learn more about here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the Folders <\/b>section, we are displaying all the folders you have created. When you have multiple forms within a folder, we are displaying a counter near the folder name so you can easily scan how many forms there are in a folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Next on the list is the Archive<\/a><\/b> section, a place where you can store old forms that are no longer active while still allowing you to access their past submissions or reactivate them when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Users<\/b> section is for managing all the user licenses of your account. More details on this can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n The pricing limit section is collapsed by default, but you can click on the arrow icon to expand it and see the limits according to your pricing plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n We are constantly working on improving the product to provide you with better services. If you want to keep an eye on what we have been working on lately, you can click on What’s new<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n When you click on What’s new<\/b>, a modal opens on the right side of the page where you can check the latest updates. You can see all the changes we have been working on by clicking on See all changes<\/b>. Also, if you click on the update title, you are going to see more information about that release. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the forms table, we are displaying all the forms and some details about each of them. You can customize the view by applying filters, choosing how many items you want to view, and you can also sort by different criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Filter by<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n You can filter the view to show either all forms or only the unfiled ones. An unfiled form is a form that is not part of a folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Items per page<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n You can choose how many forms you want to have displayed on a single page. By default, we are displaying 10 forms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Sort by<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n You can sort your forms by different criteria. When sorting by Submissions<\/b>, we are displaying the forms in descending order by taking into consideration the total number of submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you sort your forms by Oldest\/Newest<\/b>, we are taking into consideration the creation date of the form. When sorting by Name<\/b>, we are displaying the forms in alphabetical order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Next to the filtering option that we’ve just discussed, you can open the Saved templates<\/b> section and create a form template. You can learn more about this feature here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n For each form, we are displaying some quick information so you can easily scan the form and its performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Next to the title<\/b> of the form, we are displaying a tag with the folder name<\/b>. This appears only when a form is part of a folder. By clicking on the folder name, you are redirected to the folder where we are displaying all the forms that are part of that folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the title of the form, you can find the date<\/b> when the form was created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the Views<\/b> column, you’ll see the total number of views the form has gathered. By clicking on the views number, you are redirected to the Insights<\/a><\/b> section of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the Submissions<\/b> column, you’ll see the total number of submissions your form has gathered. By clicking on the submission number, you are redirected to the Submissions<\/a><\/b> section of the form. If your form has gathered submissions in the last 24 hours, the total number of submissions gathered in the last 24 hours is displayed in an orange container.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the Integrations<\/b> column, you’ll see the enabled integrations on your form. For example, in the image below, we have the Google Sheets integration enabled. By clicking on the Google Sheets icon, you are redirected to the Integrations<\/b> section. If you don’t have an enabled integration, you can quickly navigate to Integrations<\/b> and add one by clicking on the plus sign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n You can open up the form\/edit the form by clicking on the entire form row or by clicking on the pen icon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Each form has additional options that can be checked by clicking on the dotted menu on the right side of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n View <\/b>– used if you want to open up the form within a new tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Settings<\/b> – by clicking on Settings, you will be redirected to the Set up<\/b> section of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Deactivate<\/b> – this acts as a quick way of activating\/deactivating your form. For more options regarding the schedule of your form, please check the Schedule<\/b> section. More info about it can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Publish<\/b> – used if you want to quickly navigate to the Publish<\/b> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Collaborate<\/b> – this option is used if you have subusers on your account. From here you can set permissions to whom can view\/edit your form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Results<\/b> – used if you want to quickly navigate to the Insights<\/b> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Save as template<\/strong> – quickly create a template of the form to use for future reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rename<\/b> – used if you want to rename your form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Duplicate<\/b> – used if you want to duplicate a form with all its settings so that you won’t start the work on a new form from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Move to folder<\/b> – you can move a form to a folder by using this option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Archive<\/b> – used to store the form in the Archive folder while retaining access to its past submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Delete<\/b> – option used to delete your form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n ID<\/b> – here you can find the ID of your form. This is meant to help you easily identify your form. By clicking on it, you copy the ID to your clipboard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n When selecting a form or multiple forms, you’ll notice 2 quick action buttons at the top of the form table: Move to folder<\/b> and Delete<\/b>. You can easily move multiple forms to a folder at once, or even delete them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n When selecting all forms from the page, a banner will be displayed informing you that all X forms from the page were selected.
